Complete Release
The FloCollege CSC Spotlight Award celebrates communicators and CSC staff who go above and beyond to elevate their student-athletes, athletic programs and institutions through strategic storytelling, advocacy and a commitment to excellence. The award highlights individuals who set the standard in the profession by building meaningful relationships, producing impactful content, enhancing broadcast quality, navigating crises with professionalism and championing the achievements of those they serve.
A finalist for the inaugural FloCollege CSC Spotlight Award, Mindeman helped usher LeTourneau Athletics into a new era during the 2025-26 academic year. As the YellowJackets entered their first year of SCAC membership and launched their partnership with FloSports, Mindeman was instrumental in promoting the institution's student-athletes and championship successes through innovative communications, content creation, and broadcast efforts.
Each finalist will receive a $500 award with one grand prize winner receiving $5,000. The grand prize winner will be announced at NACDA and celebrated at a FloCollege reception on June 9 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
