CLEBURNE, Texas -- Concordia (Texas) and McMurry each advanced to play in Saturday's winners bracket action and Hendrix survived the championship's first elimination game on a rainy Thursday at the 2026 SCAC Baseball Tournament which is being contested at La Moderna Field. McMurry is scheduled to take on top-seeded Texas Lutheran at 11 a.m. and Concordia will tangle with the second seed, LeTourneau, at 3 p.m. All of day two action has been pushed to Saturday with the anticipation of inclement weather throughout the day in the Cleburne area on Friday.
Hendrix will play the lowest remaining seed from the one-loss teams following Saturday's first two games. That elimination game is scheduled for first pitch at 7 p.m. Saturday evening.
