McClure helped the Warriors secure the No. 2 seed going into the SCAC Tournament posting a perfect 2-0 record at the top doubles line. The duo posted back-to-back 6-3 wins over the top doubles team from both TLU and Concordia.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
Junior Dominik Kaminski of Colorado College was outstanding at the top singles line for the Tigers, going 3-0, and helping CC clinch a perfect regular season in SCAC play. Kaminski opened the week with an win over Benjamin Wang of UC Santa Cruz, roaring back, winning 3-6, 6-1, 6-3 to clinch the team victory over the Banana Slugs and then dropped just five games over the course of a pair of straight set victories at the top line against Austin College and Dallas. Senior Zach Farris of LeTourneau posted a perfect 2-0 record at the top singles line last week, helping the YellowJackets clinch a spot in the upcoming SCAC Tournament. Farris and the YellowJackets picked up wins over McMurry and Schreiner as the senior dropped just two games on the week, winning 6-1, 6-1 against the War Hawks and 6-0, 6-0 against the Mountaineers. Senior Sergio Munoz of Ozarks went a perfect 2-0 at the No. 3 singles line for the Eagles, securing a 6-3, 6-2 win over TLU and a 7-5, 5-7, 6-3 victory over Concordia. The two wins give Munoz a total of 10 on the year. Sophomore Raja Pandya of St. Thomas posted a perfect 2-0 record at the top singles line last week helping the Celts clinch a spot in the SCAC Tournament. Pandya won at the top line against McMurry, 6-4, 6-2 and then secured a 6-2, 6-2, win at the top line against Schreiner.
