PEYTON CLASSON OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a senior from San Antonio, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Diver of the Week for performances during the period spanning Monday, October 25 to Sunday, October 31. SCAC Swimming & Diving Release (Week 4)
Classon, competing in her first two meets of the season, helped lift CC to a pair of dual victories over Trinity last weekend. On Friday, she swept the boards, winning the 1-meter with a total of 289.20 and the 3-meter with a mark of 264.53. On Saturday, she finished first in the 1-meter optionals and was second in the 1-meter voluntaries for an 11 dive, NCAA Regional qualifying score of 473.25.
Other Outstanding Performances in the SCAC:
First-year Brooklyn Fuscone of Trinity won the 1-meter board in Saturday’s dual meet against Colorado College last weekend with a score of 293.40.
