GREG BARTLESKI
OF SEWANEE: UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a 6-7,
250-pound senior right-hander from Charlottesville, Va., has been
selected the SCAC Baseball Co-Pitcher-of-the-Week for games played
from Monday, March 1 through Sunday, March 7.
Bartleski tossed a complete-game shutout in a 10-0
win against Centre, going eight innings while scattering just three
hits and striking out nine batters. He became the first Sewanee
player to earn Player of the Week honors since Week Four of the
2006 season.
