JACKSON, Miss. - Third-ranked Millsaps racked up 565 yards of total offense and scored on its first five possessions, and for the first time in 33 years, they are headed to the second round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs with a 51-26 win against LaGrange College Saturday afternoon at Harper Davis Field.

STERLING, Va. - Senior defensive lineman Marcus Stokes of Millsaps College and first-year defensive back Steve Valdiserri of DePauw University were named to D3football.com's National Team of the Week for games played on Saturday, November 15.

SUWANEE, Ga. - The DePauw University Tigers, behind the efficient passing of junior quarterback Spud Dick, upset the previously unbeaten and second-ranked Wabash Little Giants 36-14 to retain possession of the Monon Bell. Elsewhere, The Millsaps Majors finished its first unbeaten regular season since 1980, with a 31-14 win at Birmingham-Southern.
