LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Ninth-ranked Trinity University wrapped up the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women's soccer tournament thanks to its 7-1 win at the University of Dallas on Sunday. The Tigers improved to 11-1-2 on the season and 7-0 in SCAC play.

FOOTBALL
Trinity University suffered a 31-14 loss on the road at Centre College. With the loss, the Tigers are 2-2 over their past four game. Austin College had the week off.
Around the SCAC - Football (Week 8)

MEN'S SOCCER
Top ranked Trinity University and No. 22 Colorado College played to a 1-1 draw in their much anticipated second meeting. Colorado College struck first in the 20th minute. Trinity then notched the equalizer in the 58th minute.
Around the SCAC - Men's Soccer (Week 8)

WOMEN'S SOCCER
Austin College picked up a 2-1 double overtime victory at Centenary College on Saturday. The win keeps the Kangaroos (9 points) just ahead of the University of Dallas (7 points) for the No. 3 seed in the upcoming SCAC tournament.

VOLLEYBALL
With the completion of the conference regular season portion of the schedule, the seeds have been set for the 2012 SCAC Volleyball championship tournament. Colorado College, Trinity, Southwestern, Austin College, University of Dallas and Centenary College are seeded No. 1 through No. 6, respectively.

Top ranked Trinity University extended its winning streak to five matches as the Tigers went a perfect 2-0 during the second week of SCAC play. Trinity beat Centenary, 3-1, before finishing the SCAC sweep with a 5-1 win over Austin College.
