CATE CUSHING OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a sophomore from Colleyville, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week for matches played from Monday, March 7 to Sunday, March 13. (SCAC Women's Tennis Weekly Report - Week 6)
Trinity’s every-match line-one player, Cushing got back into the win column for the Tigers on Saturday against McMurry with a landslide 6-1, 6-0 decision en route to her team’s fifth shutout victory over an in-region opponent this season.
