Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore forward Noora Elibiary of Austin College scored a goal and added an assist for three total points in the ‘Roos’ 2-2 draw against Schreiner last Sunday. Senior defender Margot Frost of Centenary scored her first-career goal in the Ladies’ 2-1 victory over TLU last weekend. Frost scored the opening goal in the 17th minute off a feed from Gabby McDonald. Senior defender Tacey Howell of Schreiner scored both goals in the Mountaineers’ 2-2 tie against Austin College last Sunday. Her first strike came from the penalty spot and the second was off a free kick. Freshman forward Samantha Hazen of Southwestern scored twice in the Pirates’ 4-0 win over Centenary last Friday. It marked the first time in her young career that Hazen has scored twice in a single fixture .
