SHERIDAN GRIBBON OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a freshman defender from Alexandria, Va., has been selected the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 4 through Sunday, April 10.

Gribbon grabbed a season-best five ground balls and tied her season highs with two draw controls and a pair of caused turnovers during the Tigers’ 17-7 victory over the University of Dallas. The Colorado College defense held its four consecutive opponent to less than 10 goals and lowered its goals-against average to 8.40. Gribbon is tied for second with nine caused turnovers and tied for fifth with 15 ground balls.
