CARLY GRIMM OF SEWANEE UNIVERSITYOF THE SOUTH, a senior midfielder from South Salem, N.Y., has been selected the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Friday, March 21 through Sunday, March 27.

Grimm was a force for the Tigers in leading Sewanee to three decisive wins this week. Grimm recorded a total of nine draw controls, 11 groundballs and five caused turnovers, while also racking up three goals, three assists, and six points for the Tigers. She picked up a team-high four groundballs and three caused turnovers against Denison and nabbed a game-high six ground balls against Colorado College.
