GRACE GAHAGAN OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a freshman midfielder from Brandon, Vt., has been selected the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 20.

Gahagan led the Tigers with four draw controls and three caused turnovers, and was tied for second with three ground balls during CC's 21-1 victory over Millsaps. She also picked up her first career point on Ellie Cole's first goal of the game 6:45 into the game. The last time the Tigers held an opponent to one goal was during a 14-1 victory at Fort Lewis College on April 5, 2009.
