TONY DISTLER OF CENTRE COLLEGE, a junior defender from Louisville, Ky., has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, October 18 through Sunday, October 24.

Distler had an extremely impressive weekend for the Colonels, leading Centre to a shutout draw against the #11th ranked DePauw. In the game, Distler shutdown the DePauw attack, while limiting them to only 10 shots. Distler was the most noticeable player on the field, breaking down all advances made by the impressive DePauw offense.
