KIRBY PEDDICORD OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior defender from Houston, Texas has been selected as the SCAC Women's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, September 17 through Sunday, September 23.
Peddicord led the Tiger women’s soccer
team to SCAC victories over the University of Dallas and
Southwestern University last weekend.
Peddicord and Trinity’s defense earned the
team’s fifth shutout of the season on Saturday afternoon,
holding Southwestern to just four total shots in the 5-0
victory.
For the season, Peddicord and Trinity have given
up just three total goals in seven games played.
