LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - All seven Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference men's cross country teams assembled this past Saturday in Round Rock, Texas as the 2016 SCAC Men's Cross Country Championship was contested at Old Settlers Park.

Callan, a freshman from San Francisco, Calif., earned both SCAC Newcomer- and Runner-of-the-Year honors as he crossed the line ahead of the 58-runner field with a winning time of 25:59.28.
