Elliot Blake of Trinity University, a senior from Ft. Worth, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week for his performance at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival.
Blake finished 52nd among 441 runners, a great majority of whom were from Div. I and Div. II programs. The senior was the top Div. III finisher knocking 41 seconds off his personal-best with a time of 25:50 on the 8K course.
