FRANCISCO ESCOBEDO OF TRINITY UNIVERSITY, a senior from San Antonio, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men's Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week for meets run through Saturday, September 15.
Escobedo finished 50th individually in a time
of 17:58 for the 5,700m race at the 37th Annual Rice University
Invitational.
Escobedo helped the men's team finish 8th overall against
a field comprised of 7 of the top 10 Division I South Central
Region teams.
