Lalo Ramirez, Texas Lutheran University, Offensive Player of the Week (Week Six)
LALO RAMIREZ OF TEXAS LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY, a senior defender from Round Rock, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for matches played from Monday, September 5th through Sunday, October 11th.

Ramirez helped control the TLU defensive backfield and got in on the scoring act as the Bulldogs allowed just one goal in 180 minutes of action (both victories).

Ramirez scored two goals against Centenary (one on a corner) as the Bulldogs pushed forward against the Gents. Ramirez added a second goal against Austin College. His goal against Centenary proved to be the game-winner.

Other outstanding performances in the SCAC:
Sophomore Tim Huettel of Colorado College struck for a pair of goals to lead Colorado College to a 2-0 victory at Schreiner University on Friday. Freshman midfielder Austin Michaelis of Trinity University scored the only goal of the game against Colorado, scoring his first career goal for the Tigers. Sophomore Philip Nelson of Southwestern University led the Pirates offensively with one goal and one assist for three points on five shots.
