Ashley Harmon of Southwestern University, a freshman from Richmond, Texas., has been selected the SCAC Women’s Swimmer of the Week for her performance during the week spanning January 21 through January 27.
Harmon picked up a pair of victories at the Pirates’ dual with UT-Permian Basin on Saturday. The first-year earned an individual victory in the 100 back finishing in 1:01.96 and was part of the 200 medley relay which won with a time of 1:51.41.
Other Outstanding Performances:
Trinity freshman Meghan Magill guided the Tigers to victory in the 800 free relay with a 1:59.6 split in their meet with Birmingham Southern.
