LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Freshman Oliver Langselius of Trinity University was named SCAC Men's Newcomer-of-the-Year for his conference-best finish among first-year runners at the SCAC Championship. 

Langselius placed third overall with a time of 28:04.6, helping the Tigers to their third title in four years. He went on to place seventh at the NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country South/Southeast Regional with a time of 26:09.0, earning all-Region honors. 

Langselius competed at the NCAA Championships meet placing 149th with a time of 25:45.5 in a field of 278 runners.
