BEN BEADLE-RYBY OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a senior defensive midfielder from Loveland Colo., has been selected as the SCAC Men's Soccer Defensive Player-of-the-Week for matches played from Monday, September 22 through Sunday, September 28.

Beadle-Ryby, CC's team captain, led the defensive effort that allowed just one goal in two games and posted the team's fifth shutout of the season. The Tigers allowed only 13 total shots and eight shots on goal for the weekend. The CC defense has allowed four or fewer shots on goal in six of eight games this season and the Tigers have not been outshot this season.

Beadle-Ryby scored the game-winning goal in Friday's victory over Birmingham-Southern, the third game winner of his career.
