CHRIS KOLODEY
OF COLORADO COLLEGE, a 6-1 junior defender from
Kennesaw, Ga., has been selected the SCAC Men's Lacrosse Offensive
Player-of-the-Week for games played from Monday, April 12 through
Sunday, April 18.
Kolodey had four ground balls and three caused turnovers
to help Colorado College earn a split during its two games in Ohio.
He had three ground balls during the 17-9 loss at No. 11 Denison,
and then caused three turnovers and had one ground ball in the 9-5
win at Wittenberg.
Kolodey’s strong defensive play was crucial as CC allowed just two even-strength goals against Wittenberg and killed five of eight man-down situations. The Tigers held an opponent to five or less goals for the sixth time this season.
