CADE OSGOOD OF SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY, a junior from Austin, Texas, has been selected the SCAC Men’s Co-Golfer-of-the-Week for competition played through October 23rd.
Osgood finished in a tie for second with teammate Matthew Christi out of 51 athletes at the Abilene Intercollegiate hosted by Hardin-Simmons University. The junior carded a two-under par, two-day total of 140 (67-73), which included eight birdies and 23 pars over the course of the 36-hole event. In addition, Osgood, along with his teammate Christi led the field in par-four scoring with a 3.82 average.
Led by Osgood and Christi the Pirates secured the team title at the event with a two-day total of 574 (289-285).
