Stephanie Gore, Birmingham-Southern, Women's Lacrosse (Defensive)
STEPHANIE GORE
OF BIRMINGHAM-SOUTHERN
COLLEGE, a junior defender from Davie, Fla., has
been selected the SCAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive
Player-of-the-Week for games played from Friday, March 5 through
Sunday, March 11.
Gore led BSC on defense in both of its wins this
week, recording 10 ground balls and four caused turnovers against
Aquinas and seven ground balls and five caused turnovers against
Reinhardt. She was also an offensive threat, scoring twice and
adding an assist in both games for a total of six points this week.
Gore also won seven total draw controls.
