Michael Galatas, Millsaps College, Football (Special Teams)

MICHAEL GALATAS OF MILLSAPS COLLEGE, a 5-9, 159-pound sophomore wide receiver/kick returner from Lacombe, La., has been selected the SCAC Football Special Teams Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday, November 1.

Galatas accounted for 280 all-purpose yards for Millsaps in a 56-27 road win at Trinity, averaging 32.6 yards per kick return in six chances, including a career-long 55-yard return.  His 85-yard return for a TD in the third quarter was called back on a penalty.  Galatas also had four catches for 82 yards and a TD.
