Chalankis Brown, Sewanee-The University of the South, Football (Defensive)

CHALANKIS BROWN OF SEWANEE-UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH, a 5-10, 170-pound sophomore defensive back from Millbrook, Ala., has been selected the SCAC Football Defensive Player-of-the-Week for games played Saturday, September 20.

Brown had four interceptions, two tackles for a loss, and seven total tackles as the Tigers of Sewanee shut out Colorado College 19-0 on Saturday.

He also had 64 yards of returns on his picks.

Brown's four interceptions tie the Sewanee school record for picks in a game.
