Millsaps names Aaron Pelch Head Football Coach
JACKSON, Miss. - In an announcement made today, former special teams coach Aaron Pelch will return to take over as head coach at Millsaps College this fall. Pelch, who left Millsaps after the 2008 season to take a special teams job with the Oakland Raiders, will become the school's 20th head football coach.
Dawson named Austin College football coach
SHERMAN, Texas - When the Austin College football team takes the field in 2010, it will be led by a familiar face, as college officials announced today that former Kangaroo defensive coordinator Loren Dawson has been named the team’s head coach. Dawson will return to Austin College after having served during the 2008 and 2009 seasons as the special teams coordinator and linebackers coach at Colorado School of Mines.

This year's total eclipsed last year's previous record of 778 student-athletes.
